Mr. Trevino has over 14 years of experience working in various IT capacities for commercial, regional and community banks. His experience spans across a broad range of business units, technologies and functional roles. His focus on implementing technology in ways that benefit the bottom line is the foundation that he builds each of his successful projects upon.
Starting his career at The Laredo National Bank, Mr. Trevino was responsible for re-engineering a high volume cash operations center. He later went on to coordinate the requirements gathering function for high profile General Ledger and Deposit System conversions. As a assistant vice president and project manager for Union Bank of California, Mr. Trevino played key roles in large scale commercial credit monitoring and business intelligence projects. Most recently, as a project manager for Countrywide Bank, he was responsible for implementing an agile system development methodology tailored to providing customer-centric technology solutions. In each of these roles, Mr. Trevino's ability to keep project teams focused on delivering measurable business value can be directly attributed to his communication skills and his attention to detail.
Mr. Trevino holds a BBA degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the Bank Operations and Technology program from Vanderbilt University.
