Zubin P. Mehta, President
With over 16
years expertise in the financial services industry, Mr. Mehta
has a proven track record in setting IT strategy and
developing innovative products for financial institutions. His
background in banking, commercial and real estate lending
coupled with his technical acumen have afforded him the
ability to successfully manage at both the strategic and
operational level.
Most recently, Mr. Mehta was Vice President, Credit Monitoring Systems with Union Bank of California, a $57 Billion Bank head quartered in California. He was responsible for creating, managing and implementing many successful multimillion dollar projects in the commercial and commercial real estate lending arena. Mr. Mehta was the visionary and managed the implementation for UBOC's first web-based enterprise commercial credit monitoring system.
Mr. Mehta attended Cal State Fullerton and holds a B.A. in Business Administration, he obtained his Master's of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is also a graduate of the Bank Operations & Technology program from Vanderbilt University.
Javier Trevino, Jr., Vice
President, Product Management Mr. Trevino has
over
14
years of experience working in various IT capacities for commercial, regional
and community banks. His experience spans across a broad
range of business units, technologies and functional roles. His focus
on implementing technology in ways that benefit the bottom
line is the foundation that he builds each
of his successful projects upon.
Starting his career at The Laredo
National Bank, Mr. Trevino was responsible for re-engineering
a high volume cash operations center. He later went on to
coordinate the requirements gathering function for high
profile General Ledger and Deposit System conversions. As a
assistant vice president and project manager for Union
Bank of California, Mr. Trevino played key roles in large
scale commercial credit monitoring and business intelligence
projects. Most recently, as a
project
manager for Countrywide Bank, he was responsible for implementing an agile
system development methodology tailored to providing customer-centric technology
solutions. In each of these roles, Mr. Trevino's ability to
keep project teams focused on delivering measurable business value
can be directly attributed to his communication skills
and his attention to detail.
Mr. Trevino holds a
BBA degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the Bank Operations and Technology program from Vanderbilt University.
Sam Bhayani,
Vice President,
Operations & Finance, (Board Member)
Mr. Bhayani is President and CEO of Arnold Electronics, Inc. a third party logistics firm for the procurement of customer specific products such as printed circuit boards and sheet metal fabrication. Mr. Bhayani also serves as Chairman of Board for Microtek Solutions, Inc. a technology provider in security surveillance.
Since his acquisition of Arnold Electronics, Inc. in 1999, Mr. Bhayani has lead the company towards his vision of capitalizing on the opportunities presented by today’s global economy. He has been responsible for the company’s strategic development of global partners, diversification of products, and growth in client base.
Mr. Bhayani attended Rutgers University from
which he obtained his Bachelors in Arts degree and
has also obtained his MBA from Pepperdine University’s
Graziadio School of Business Management.
Jason Gradel, Citrix Systems,
Inc (Special
Advisor & Board Member)
Mr. Gradel leads world wide business development efforts in the Application Networking Group for Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) the global leader in application delivery infrastructure. The principal mission of this function is to develop, leverage and grow the Citrix ecosystem of partnerships into Global relationships delivering sustainable revenue plans and integrated go to market strategies.
In his 10 year tenure at Citrix Systems, he has been responsible for internal IT systems and architecting customer environments to deliver optimal return on investment. Mr. Gradel has also led field initiatives with Microsoft and managed channel partners in the areas of business planning and revenue growth. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Gradel was an integral part of the management team building the Western region business from $10 million annual to greater than $100 million. This included integration of 4 acquisitions and building an engineering team from 6 to 30.
Mr. Gradel holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and his Master’s in Business Administration at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
James Court, Chief Operations Officer, First American Property & Casualty (Special Advisor & Board Member)
Mr. Court was named Vice
President
and Chief Information Officer for
First American Property & Casualty Insurance Group in
1999 and Chief Operations Officer in 2007. He is
responsible for the vision and implementation of Information
Technology at First American Property & Casualty Insurance
Group, and has planned and implemented the technology
infrastructure and applications to support the company's
growth. His experience includes 25 years in high-technology
industries and financial services.
Prior
to joining First American P & C, Mr. Court held Operations
and Technology Management positions at Square D/MGE UPS
Systems, and Printronix, Inc. Mr. Court holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Information Systems from the University of
Redlands, an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, and
an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Amit Govil, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer, Calance Corporation (Special Advisor &
Board Member)
Mr. Govil is currently
the Chairman and CEO of Calance Corporation, a global professional
services company that provides high value and reduced total
cost of ownership to its clients by leveraging
global optimal delivery and technology.
Mr. Govil has 20+ years experience in
system integration, business and technology consulting.
He
was formerly the Chairman and Managing Director of Sapient India and
was responsible for the growth of the company
to 850 employees delivering a substantial amount of Sapient's revenues.
Prior to that, Mr. Govil worked at Andersen Consulting
as a senior executive selling and delivering complex
business and technology consulting engagements.
